In this training, we are joined by Dr Amanda Pitkethly who is a Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Psychology & Scientist. She is helping to give us an insight into what can get in the way for our clients when they are trying to change their behaviour, the theories of psychology which can support our understanding and techniques we can integrate into our conversations which will enable us to support clients more successfully for the long term.
